Hi! I’m so happy you’re here. I know how hard it is to take the first step of reaching out for support. My name is Katherine, you can call me Kate. I am the founder of Monarch Therapy LLC and a Clinical Social Worker.

Are you navigating the aftermath of trauma, seeking to understand your neurodivergence, or struggling with the unique challenges that women often face in today's world? I offer a compassionate and individualized approach to therapy, helping you uncover the tools you need to heal, grow, and thrive. As a clinical social worker with years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and those who identify as neurodivergent. I understand that each person’s story is unique, and my goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where we can explore your experiences and work together to create change.

I approach therapy through a trauma-informed lens, recognizing how past experiences shape our present lives. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or difficulties in relationships, I help you build resilience and coping skills tailored to your specific needs. For those with neurodivergent traits, I offer strategies to better navigate your world.

If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I invite you to reach out and schedule a consultation. Together, we can explore how therapy can best support your growth and well-being.

I graduated with my Master of Social Work degree from Ferris State University. I am specialized in working with couples and families, with a focus on trauma. I also have experience in play therapy and working with children as young as 5 years old. I prefer to take my time getting to know my clients and understanding their needs and what they are hoping to get out of therapy. I truly enjoy getting to work with each one of my clients and watching them achieve their goals. I have a strengths-based approach to therapy and have a patient and compassionate understanding of each client’s individual needs. I like to teach mindfulness and incorporate mindfulness activities in not only our sessions, but also into realistic daily routines with my clients.
